They did it.  The 1st Alborough Hatch Girl Guides crossed 8 bridges in London twice, making that effectively 16 bridges!  They have had a lot of fun along the way, playing plank on the Southbank, posing for pictures and enjoying the street entertainment (especially the male Irish dancer) .
  • Tower Bridge
  • Millennium Bridge
  • London Bridge
  • Waterloo Bridge
  • Westminster Bridge
  • Blackfriars Bridge
  • Southwark Bridge
  • Golden Jubilee Bridge
They collected stickers for each bridge a wonderful medal at the end to show they have completed.
We are especially grateful to Louise Wilson, Guides Leader, for organising the girls, badgering people for sponsorship and completing the walk herself!

It is not too late to sponsor the girls for their walk.  Simply visit www.justgiving.co.uk/joshuas-journey and leave a message saying your are sponsoring the Bridges Walk so that I can announce a grand total.  Thank you xxx
